I would like to know if anyone can suggest a cell surface protein endogenously expressed in Vero cells that I can stain in immunofluorescence without having to permeabilize the cells. So the antibody I would like to use should be targeted to the extracellular domain of this protein.
Are you looking for a protein specifically, or just wanting to label the cell surface. If the latter, a tagged lectin such as WGA-Rhodamine should work fine.
