I got real time experimental output for non linear tank level control process using PID but when i go to fuzzy based tuning using LABVIEW is quit difficult so that can anyone help me or show me the block diagram connection of fuzzy based PID design?
1. data have to collected after the system reaches steady state. then a step input have to be applied then collect data. If u did like u ll get one FOPDT model for that first design PI controller.
2. the D mode is not suitable for process applications.
3. Refer process control coughanowr book. If u complete this process u will understand the process thoroughly.
4.After u can go download MATlab fuzzy logic tool box, by studying the tips problem easily fuzzy controller can be implemented.
Dear subatra mam, thanks for ur valuable comments I did all procedure what u mentioned above for simulation we already did and published paper using MATLAB and LabVIEW I talk about real time interface with nidaq thr may be some issues but last week we did it in real time got any how like this type of industrial application PID controller is more than enough we may go model based controller for critical process applications now we are working on MPC for controlled air flow temperature control process we did simulation using LabVIEW and MATLAB whether anybody having real time exposure using LabVIEW for any application????
