I am doing research in the field of Self-Determination Theory. I am looking for a way to measure a person's awareness about his or her personal values on the one hand and for measuring the use of his or her personal values on the other hand. Any recommendations?

As far as I can evaluate the questionnaire from the description in the paper it does not measure the clarity of personal values, but rather measure what kind of values is following right know. As Self-Determination Theory proposes, most people do not reflect upon their values and by that are not able to set self-concordant goals. My goal is to measure how clear a person is about his or her authentic values.

For those interested in a scale that measures values clarity/awareness, I finally found a scale that fits the context.
It is the "purpose of life scale", which is part of Ryff's "psychological well-being scale".
