I'm not sure if you mean "analyzing" or simply "presenting?"  Vignettes with several variables can be analyzed with most any statistical program (I've used SPSS).

My concern is about show the vignettes on screen (and record the answer, on a likert scale, for instance), not data analysis.

Andres, Sorry for the extreme delay in my response. RG just notified me. I recently used Qualtrics to present randomly selected vignettes to respondents. I needed to construct a separate question for EACH possible vignette. It was daunting and far to complicated to explain in a simple message. Sorry I can't be of more help.
