I suggest you to consider reading the attached papers. Both of them described scales developed to assess bullying considering 2 factors: bullying aggression and bullying victimization. Previous findings indicate that it seems appropriate to differentiate these two patterns of bullying behavior. Reasonable psychometric properties are reported for both questionnaires.

You can use Personal Experience Checklist (PECK) developed by Hunt, C., Peters, L., and Rapee, R. (2012) to measure the experiences of the bullied youth assessed in terms of frequency of occurrence and ability to cause subjective distress. It is a multidimensional assessment which is divided into four factors in bullying, namely; verbal-relational bullying (11 items), cyber-bullying (8 items), physical bullying (9 items), and bullying based on culture (4 items). PECK showed excellent consistency (Cronbach’s alpha range = 0.78 – 0.91) and adequate test-retest reliability range (r = 0.61 – 0.86).
