I am not sure if you are specific about the brand, but there are at least 3 brands of machines for SCC: Foss (Denmark), Delta/Advanced (Netherlands/USA), and Bentley (USA).

It is a pleasure trying to help you. Will it serve a research purpose or a DHIA lab purpose? I manage a lab with several machines like that, and it is important to have in mind the necessary production to check the prices. All of these machines I told you are used worldwide, and sometimes (as in the lab I work), different brands might be uses. If you want I can detail furthermore. I took my PhD in US (UW-Madison), and been working with these machines since 2003.
