Can anyone recommend a high-affinity antibody against BrdU to be used on brain sections?

I used different antibodies that worked pretty well in BrdU-treated cells, but at very high concentrations.
I would like to have a higher affinity antibody to detect BrdU incorporation in neurogenic regions of the adult brain.
Any suggestion is wellcome.
