Hi all,
Has anyone been able to successfully use the ab85392 JMJD3 antibody for ChIP, if so what conditions did you use?
I haven't been able to get this antibody to IP and obtain any bands, in human MSC.
I would really appreciate if anyone has any advice of knows of another antibody that is ChIP grade.

In the literature I could find on JMJD3, the ChIP/CoIP were done with an antibody "kindly provided by K. Helin (Agger et al., 2009)"

In short, I would try to get some AB from K. Helin like the other authors did. If you're not lucky (or there is none left), have some produced according to Agger et al. (exact specifications in paper). So far I have nearly always been lucky when asking for material, so that is the way I'd go. Especially as I too have wasted time on commercial ABs that do not work..
