Could anyone please give me the Surface Potential dependence on pH? Many papers give the equation based on Guoy- Chapman - Stern model but do not quote the actual values of the Surface Potential for different pH buffer solutions. Could you please help me with this?
I wish to model Ion Sensitive FETs and thus the surface potential values for varying pH buffer solutions will be of great help to me.

But Sir, what would be the value of "E0" (sensing membrane potential without electrolyte) in the equation 4 (the Nernst equation). Here I will be using ion-sensitive membranes like Al2O3, Si3N4 etc. So how to obtain the "E0" values for these membranes?
E0 constant is called a standard electrode potential and for many elements its value is tabulated. Unfortunately, not for all. For Al2O3, E0=-2.33V. I could not find E0 for Si3N4 (even though this is quite a common substance).
