We are interested in finding information relating to the age of exposure of granites, since we are studying the effects of rock control on the geomorphology of the upper surfaces of the serra da Estrela range.

Hi Gonçalo....as far as am I aware there is no information concerning the question that you are posing. In order to adress it I see no other way than perform cosmogenics on the granites surfaces. I think that you are talking about denudation rates and so. There could be also complementary techiniques, to support the absolute geochronology. What you are asking, also depends on the scale of time you are thinking. If one considers pos-uplift, as pos Miocene, or the Quaternary surface processes. There are some papers from the Betics in Spain, not exactly about what you asked but about estimating how much of denudation caused by glaciars, or exposure time... let me know if you are interested on those papers.
