Can anyone provide me with a protocol of proteins extraction ?

I’m looking to extract proteins from an animal tissue (insects), therefore I’m searching for a protocol (with refernce) as simple as possible (direct extraction using buffer) hoping that I won’t need liquid nitrogen because I don’t have any.
