Thank you Ricardo Villares for your answer actually I already tried to search it in circbase. Here I attach junction specific probe and primer sequence from a publication, I searched the given gene ID from the paper in Gene database and searched the primer and probe sequence but I am not able to find half probe sequence. Kindly look at the attachments. Could you please help me with this.
