I want to study the texture analysis methods, especially the extraction features vector from a 2D or 3D image. I know there are different ways to do this. Is there a reference that has explained all or most of these methods?

Its provide a complete set of information on texture analysis, including Statistical (first, second and high order) and structural (Transform-based, Model-based, ...) methods.
You can refer to the following article. In addition to that you can refer the Haralick's method, but it is old technique.
