Can anyone point out from where I can get the data set for electric power generated through solar PV on hourly basis at rooftop or at field level (e.g. For a solar park)?
There is a transparency platform that publishes the fed in power by PV (also wind turbines) for Germany on an hourly basis:

The data is given by the 4 transmission system operators we have in Germany. For the different geographic regions, you may check this map:

However, to get the data for certain solar parks, I think you would have to ask the respective system operators.
