Can anyone please tell me how to add an ARC layer (Si3N4 or MgF2) in SCAPS-1D?

I can not find the refractive index and also do not know how to categorize Si3N4 or MgF2 as an ARC layer. I have tried to run a simulation by simply putting the electrical properties of both Si3N4 and MgF2 layer (separately), but it shows convergence error. The structure does not show any convergence error while I simulate without any ARC layer.
