I want to know that how various physical stress from the extra cellular environment modifies the biochemical reactions, signal transduction etc. inside a cell? How cells or tissue sense the physical load? Is it possible that the physical force modifies different ion channel's permeability and thus regulates signal transduction? Is it possible to derive any mathematical relationship between stress and chemical reactions?
