I have worked on Agilent 4284A liquid dielectric test fixture LCR meter, it is very sensitive but gives good results. Now I need an instrument with good frequency range (minimum-maximum), and less sensitive, easy to use for all type of materials (solid, liquid, semi solid). Kindly suggest.

Generally, it depends on your applications, so it is hard to give you specific parameters, but good general use LCR meters are:

I am working on ceramic dielectric perovskites. For dielectric measurement we use LCR meter (Model: PSM-1735). Through this LCR meter one can vary the frequency range from 1 Hz upto 5 MHz with relatively less sensitivity.
