I found a research paper on ResearchGate that says the spectra pattern reveals that the structure of ZnSnO3 has proper peaks, which is matched with the JCPDS (No. 11-0274), confirming the cubic structure of ZnSnO3. The same paper also says that according to the tolerance factor t introduced by Goldschmidt, ZnSnO3 cannot exist as a perovskite structure ((1) (PDF) Phase investigation on zinc tin composite crystallites (researchgate.net).
Another research paper on ScienceDirect confirms that synthesized nanoparticle is Zinc Stannate (JCPDS card no. 11-0274) (Synthesis and characterization of ZnSnO3/PMMA composite for UV shielding application - ScienceDirect).
A third research paper on IOPScience confirms that all of the XRD peaks are assigned to the standard diffraction pattern of face-centered perovskite ZnSnO3 (JCPDS card no. 11-0274), demonstrating that ZnSnO3 with R3c space group symmetry is formed (Lead-free ZnSnO3/MWCNTs-based self-poled flexible hybrid nanogenerator for piezoelectric power generation - IOPscience).
I think that these resources should be a good start.
11-0274 is derived from ZnSn(OH)6 of FCC structure then how R3C space group is applied to 11-0274. To clarify this point I was searching for JCPDS card.
