Carl Webster in the USA. He was at Kentucky State University but left before I graduated from their aquaculture program. I don't know where he is now and I understand that may not be helpful. However, one of his former students, Alejandro Vasquez, works at Texas A&M with fish nutrition, and another former student Vaun Cummins now works for Alltech in Kentucky.
