“Lipoid S75-3 is not sold anymore by the company Lipoid Gmbh. But based on the literature (http://www.google.com/patents/US9333180 ), we can find that it is very similar to Lipoid S75 (linked), with the difference that lecithins are hydrogenated. It means the following composition hydrogenated soy bean phospholipids :
Phosphatidylcholine hydrogenated ~69%
Phosphatidylethanolamine ~9%

Now at least I can calculate and make a theoritical estimation of its transition temperature basing on the fatty acid composition. THANK you so much for the links 🙏
According to my calculations, considering the lipid composition (type and amount of phospholipids, type and amount of the acyl chain), the average phase transition temperature of Lipoid S75 would be around around -32 °C.
