Asystasia gangetica is variable species, better to dissect the flowers and check it with relevant floras. For perfect identification specimens is required. By seeing images we can give suggestions but you have yo confirm identity after dissection.
Not Ruellia humilis, may be something interesting taxon (from leaves it seems) or variable form, result will come after more field study to check the population for range of variations.
