I know it has been some time but did you find out what protist it was? As others mentioned, scale bar would be good, also knowing if they move or not and regarding the ciliate comments, it might be difficult to capture on camera but if you look down the microscope, can you see a 'wavy' pattern suggesting there are beating cilia?
It is necessary to know in which kind of fish tissue and the size of these structure. Are you take a measure? They may be a microsporidian, but the image is not very clear and it is not possible to observe the vacuole and polar tubule. In my opinion they do not appear to be a ciliates.
I agree with dr.Beraldo and dr.Besne.First of all it is necessary to get information about size of subject and its localization in fish body.on my opinion it doesn't look as microsporidia .It is more similiar to eggs of parasites or zooplankton...
