Hi, I am almost sure this is Orgyia (Lymantriinae, Erebidae). Orgyia larvae have 2 brushes of prominent sets (which are not well visible on picture) on frontal part of body directed frontad or laterofrontad.
Other group of Lepidoptera larvae with bizzare hairs is also genus Acronicta (Noctuidae).
