It could have been great help if you had put up entire vegetative body, anyway my guess is Arisaema tortuosum.

I think it is a Species of Arisaema of Arecaceae but I am unable to confirm because the plant is only in fruiting stage. with a circumsessile fruit, without any vegetative part. please give the photographs of the vegetative parts of the plants.

Be careful while answering. Arisaemia is member of family Araceae instead of Arecaceae.

Only with such a fruit it is difficult to identify. Kindly get photographs in vegetative and flowering stages. Usually in Araceae the spathe get withered while maturing of the fruits. But here there is an accrescent structure present and I am not familiar with such a structure in Araceae. Please try with Dr. M. Sivadasan, Professor, King Saud University, Riyadh.
This is Alocasia decipiens found very common in wetlands of Andaman.
