The information you provide here is not enough for the precise identification of this specimen. For correct identification will be necessary to have any photo of plant general habitus, the photo of an abaxial side of the leaf, and one separate fruit scale. Probably this birch can be not native for Russian flora. At least, you can try to use taxonomic key for birch identification published by N. Tzvelev (Цвелев Н.Н. О родах Betula L. Alnus Mill в восточной Европе // Новости систематики высших растений, т. 34, 2002, С. 47-73, см.прикрепленный файл).
It is Betula papyrifera of the family Betulaceae as Arvind answer not Betula cordifolia because the leaf base of the species of B. Cordifolia is cordate in mature or truncate at the immature leaf, but here the leaf base is cuneate. it is not Betula pendula Roth as mentioned by A. K. Osman because the leaf margin of Betula pendula Roth is unevenly serrated but here it is rugularly serrated. for more conformation you please go through the ref. as mentioned by Andrii Tarieiev.
It's exactly neither B. borysthenica nor B. pendula. I can suggest at least 5 birch taxa for that specimen, because of lack of information. It easily can be an alien species because you collect it in the park.
