Dear Ellie, here the Abcam kit nicely explains the reconstitution of the calibrator and the preparation of standards. Does the vial show the amount of lyophilized calibrator?

IgA Calibrator

Add 1 mL of distilled or de-ionized water to the Chicken IgA calibrator and mix gently until dissolved. The amount of calibrator is shown on the vial, and after reconstitution will have a concentration of X µg/mL, where X is the amount on the vial (the reconstituted calibrator should be aliquoted and frozen if future use is intended). Chicken IgA standards need to be prepared immediately prior to use. Mix well between each step. Avoid foaming.

Edward J Narayan Thank you so much Edward, Abnova sent me the protocol. Indeed the vial content needed to be mixed with 1mL of distilled or de-ionized water, however, I needed the exact concentration that is included in the complete protocol now. Thanks
