Apart from a new report of McGraw HIill Construction on BIM value for owners, I found it difficult to find information regarding public sector client's interest in BIM. Could you please give me some hints for that?
It would be great if such information is investigated in Australia.

You need to explore the building manager and facility manager conference/publishing areas. I think there is even an Au/NZ university facilities group. The other space is major public projects like hospitals - Public Works departments.
