I am trying to make a model for geolocation database for the identification of Television White Spaces. For this I would like to start with modelling an RF pathloss Contour (say, a free space model).
I know how to plot a power Vs distance plot. But I could not find anything about how to implement a contour using it.

A free space model might not be helpful in generating different values at different azimuth angles. It will generate an equal power contour plots for every station. I would recommend to use a propagation model that accounts for variations in elevations and a map with elevation profiles for realistic results. I would presume that you need to build a geolocation DB system. I think that would be the first step.

Thanks for ur concern. Absolutely. i am trying to create a geolocation data base it self. But, since we were quite new to this area we were not knowing where and how to start. Surely, we should go for much mature models. But, as a first step i thought of starting with a very basic model. Now i have finished simulating a database model for the primary user. Should find out how we can efficiently incorporate the secondary user...
I would suggest, however, to switch to the Okumura-Hata model or to the Longley-Rice model, since they will give you more consistent results.
