Can anyone help to localize G-6-PD on native polyacrylamide gels?

I am trying to localize G-6-PD on native polyacrylamide gels after electrophoresis using whole body homogenate of Drosophila. Earlier, we could successfully localize alpha-glycerphosphate dehydrogenase using whole body homogenate from Drosophila. I don't know why we could not do it with G-6-PD.

After trial and error and modifications of buffers, we could localize G-6-PD......and now it is standardized...........
