I've planted different batches of rice but i'm having problem with this batch whereby i noticed small dots/patches of yellow in the middle of the rice leaf (please refer picture). I've discarded all the problematic leaves and continue monitoring. I found out that the new leaf will have to same problem.

So far, i have not found any sort of pest in the leaves so i thought it was not pest problem. However, when i pluck one of the problematic leaves to observe under dissecting microscope, i found out that the tiny dots looked like transparent patches. Whether the dot become transparent due to discoloration or is it due to pest that eat up a layer of the leaf cannot be determined when observing under dissecting microscope.

If anyone have seen this symptom before in rice leaf, please share your experience, any type of advise are also welcomed and appreciated.
