open this file in VESTA go to edit data unit cell because lattice parameters in the cif files are slight difference then the above mentioned parameters in the question
While changing those parameters in programs such as Vesta is possible, there is no good reason to do so. The unit cell parameters are what they are from the experiment and all other results stem from them. Arbitrarily changing them has no merit.
