Please explain in bulk TiO2 and TiO2-x, I want to know EPR recorded at room temperature no signal observed for rutile phase but at 77 K a sharp signal observed that is explained on basis of spin-spin relaxation time in literature. How much is the time frame in which excitons are recombine measured It is nanoseconds or in fermiseconds ? when we go for RT to 77K.

Another what is the time frame If i recorded Photoluminescence spectra at RT and if possible 77K. I want to know the time scale of recombination of excitons. Please explain
