Hi Diana,

Have you set all your ascii files in the same number of columns and rows (ncols and nrows) and corners (xllcorners and yllcorners) and cell size? if one of these files has different ncols and nrows, then you will have an error. Make sure that all of them perfectly fits each others if you lay them over all together. Also try to run each of your factors (pop density, elevation, rainfall, etc.) in DYNACLUE, this way you will know which of them has/have errors and you can revise or modify until every factor runs without an error. Do this before running everything in CLUE.

I came across like this error , all of files number of columns and rows (ncols and nrows) and corners (xllcorners and yllcorners) and cell size are right.

my Error:

error: regression cannot be calculated due to large value in cell 0,339 for land cover 5

Dear Khalil,

Try running your factors individually, to find out which factor(s) has error(s). I did this to all my factors before using them all at once in DynaCLUE.

have you tried reducing the resolution of your raster datasets? I used 300m x 300m (or 250m x 250m) instead of 30m x 30m.

I apologize for any confusion on the term I used, I mean the cell size of your raster datasets

My data pixel size was a mistake in the main parameters!

My error was resolved, by reforming and fitting pixel size(for hectare must be 0.09) and iteration(must be above 30) in the main parameters.
