I am investigating the embodied energy and carbon of a cubic meter of concrete containing calcined clay pozzolan. Already, I have obtained that of granite, sand and cement from the ICE database

From the production of Prozzolan, there is an energy consumption. But initial point of energy consumption must be set by your research. To estimate energy consumption of Water, there should have only extraction of water through transportation or pumping.
