I already possess the article mentioned above but I cannot seem to understand or comprehand how the authors interpreted the answered questionnaire and their exact questionnaire used. Tried contacting the authors but no reply for a really long time. I need to get working on this. Please help fellow researchers!

If you cannot get the original questionnaire, can you reconstruct the questions based on the paper?

Arvinder - Based on my reading of the article, It would seem that the scoring was limited to a selection of one of three options: ["For each question, 3 response items that represented increasing amounts of information disclosed (no disclosure, partial disclosure, and full disclosure) were provided"]. The way I read Table 6, the authors counted the number of responses in each category to each question and then converted them to percentages. I am not sure if this is what you are asking about or if it more concerns the statistical tests the authors used in the analyses.

Good day to you and thank you for your response. Yes I was worried that some form of scoring system was used to grade the information of disclosure (ie: 2 points for disclosure, 1 point for partial and 0 for none- then the total score is added up to come to a conclusion). I am also worried about the statistics that will be involved in this paper.
