I have concrete wall with foundation beam modeled in Abaqus. I used pressure load to simulate the effect of gravity load and I have horizontal loading so I applied displacement load at reference point (coupling to surface) is it right procedure.
After analysis how to know the maximum value of horizontal loading and how to draw the load displacement curve?

To measure the load on the element, you should be defined "set" on the member.And then you should select forces and "set" in "history output". After the analysis, get result from the history output and plot load-depl curve...
You will need to give us more information.
What boundary conditions have you applied to the model? Are there any restraints in the horizontal direction? What information are you seeking from the model - you say maximum horizontal force, but are you concerned about sliding (in which case you need friction or some other form of resisting a horizontal load) or something else? If you apply the horizontal displacements with no horizontal restraints anywhere in the model, there will be no horizontal forces / reactions. The best thing would be to send a sketch.
I have a fixed footing beam restrained in all directions and I applied the horizontal load as displacement in reference point the vertical pressure applied in the loading beam by using amplitude to acting as constant (ex: 0,0 1,1.5 2,1.5 and so on) is this right procedure to apply constant load. However now I can extract the results I needed by creating XY data located in tools menu. Also I tried to perform cyclic analysis but the program complete one cycle but it did not converge at small displacement I dont now why,, any suggestions ....Thanks for your time
Can you send a sketch / screenshot showing your restraints and applied loads. Is your real load cyclic or is it static - you mention both constant and cycling load in your note.
Is any part of your model non-linear, which is implied as you ask for a load displacement curve? If everything is linear, you just need one point on the load displacement curve.
