On optimizing the reaction conditions, different solvents were used but one solvent was the best one that gives the best results?? Is this related to each solvent physical properties or not? I want to know more information related to this topic??

All your chosen solvents are classified as aprotic solvents( has no ability to form hydrogen bonding).
1,4-Dioxane is the least polar solvent ethyl acetate is the most polar between your solvent set. Dioxane and THF are ether while ethyl acetate is easter and dichloromethane is chlorinated hydrocarbon, as polarity increase solvation capacity increases, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is one of the most polar aprotic solvent. but if you need protic solvent you can use alcohols which is protic and polar. you can read my publication on solvent effect on reaction rate (through research gate posting).
