You can also take as shot at Rhinoclavis aspera for species level identification. I am still a bit unsure about the tip in your shell images. It is either rounded or broken off. Worth a look in any case. Have a look at this url.
I m not answering your query, but wonder why you took a remnant shell instead of a live ones. There is a hole in its whorl and the apex is also not intact/complete. For all taxonomy purposes, not mentioning an accurate pictorial guess, you need intact specimen from a live individual. Thanks.
