I am not able to find Apriori algorithm with boolean matrix generation algorithm.CAn anyone provide me code for it?
My second question is,using sampling technique ,if accuracy doesn't fall then,the algorithm with sampling of original algorithm can be called as enhanced algorithm??for my research?

For your second question, I would like to address.
If the accuracy does not change, you cant tell that it is an enhanced version.
Because accuracy is not sufficient to highlight the merit of the algorithm . There are other parameters too. I have used several other parameters in my works to address the acceptance of the algorithms. You can see in my papers for more details. There are plenty of metrics that I have used.

There are many open source implementations for Aproiori. You can use the one in WEKA.

I am aware about weka tool where ppl can develop their own class file + can import that class file to Weka
But Weka supports csv,txt,arff,xrff file formats only
What about having XML files ??
need to get attributes from file and then can be mined accordingly

i dont think you should go for sampling... because sampling is another domain for apriori ...
I do have large files from which i need to mine fp or association rules.I want quick response.My aim is to minimize response time however.My approach + sampling in it with apriori will make it possible without dropping accuracy,
I want to add sampling step for cutting my database which do not reflect down for accuracy.

Sorry i dnt have any suggestion for sampling .... but if you want improvement without sampling than i can help you...
Try to reduce no. time database scan...
another major improvement is : try to reduce size of total candidates generated...

Np.of scan and no.of candidate generation both will be reduced with my approach ,hence space and time complexity both will be reduced.

personally i dont prefer any sampling process for FP... if you use sampling than it will be classification problem not association... so plz dnt go for sampling in FP analysis
