I am totally aware that EIS curve fitting is not the only factor and my system should also physically explain why i used the following components(Capacitors, Resistors and Warburg impedance).
Am just modifying the surface of a material using a manufacturing method (no coating), so what kind of circuit would you recommend?
You can use Z-View software. Or write a program considering a suitable circuit model (R,C are the components) using python.
You scan the samples at higher frequency range. Then plot the data and paste in Z - view software and choose the equivalent ckt. Can you help to provide of my some samples for FESEM/EDAX scanning.
@ Balaji Fugare : Thank you for your reply. If i understood it right, is it possible that Zview software will build own circuit based on the inputs or we should build our own circuit. I have the problem in building the circuit because i don't know how to relate my system.
Z view software is not taking the data values as well. I don't know why. I came across some articles to use the older version but i am not able to find the older version online. Any help would be greatly appreciable.
About EDAX / FESEM, i should ask concerned people about the possibility. thank you
You can use Zsimpwin or Zview to fit the EIS curve. Then choose the one with the smallest error.

Thank you for your help but i used Echem analyst from Gamry. I couldn't get the exact fit especially at the low frequency range. i tried everything to get the exact fit by changing the data values. Please have a look of my circuit and the plot along with fit in the below fig. If you can give me some inputs, it would be great. Thank you.
