I am trying fit the imaginary part dielectric permittivity ,modulus and impedance with the respective equations in origin. Can anyone please help me out how to do that stepwise in origin.

I think your aim to determine the equation that is best fitted with your experimental data. I think in origin, only standard function such as, lorentz, Gaussian etc are available. But any arbitrary equation of function that is fitted with your data is not present in origin. For these type of data fitting, Wolfram Mathematica software is good.
Frequency is independent variable in one case temperature the other case.
Would you please let me know Jagdeep Singh sir if wolfram Mathematica is free or paid software?
Wolfram Mathematica is paid software but, trial version also available.
