I have used the CMhyd for Bias correcting and downscaling of future rainfall and temperature projections with 6 different RCMs. I have an observed data period from 1985-2020 and I want to use it for downscaling the future variables. the evaluation period was 1985 - 2005 to choose the best Climate model to continue with it in downscaling process, two different correction methods were used here DM and DC (Distribution mapping and delta change). The R2 result between corrected data and observed data using DC was 1 for all stations and ranges form (0.0005 - 0.008) using DM method.

Does that mean the DC method is better than the Dm method in my case? if not how i could improve R2?
