Ascochyta blight of chickpea is a major constraint to production in my area. I don't know which actives are registered in your area, but thiabendazole is the most effective active I have used for controlling seed-borne Ascochyta. Fludioxonil or trifloxystrobin + penflufen will also have activity. I do not have experience with tebuconazole in this crop but I would advise you do some seed safety work with it prior to further investigation.
