thanks for all, I will check the exact botanical differences between P. alba and P. obtusa to know the exact species. In the past I have collected this plant and after drying process the leaves color became black and many weeks passed before it became completely dry.
its definitely plumeria and also known as GUL CHINI or GULCHEEN in Urdu it has beautiful bifurcating branching pattern and beautiful inflorescence with variety of color(white and pink) i have a plant of this spp. at home it is amazing and easily grow from cuttings. it feel very happy in rainy seasons but bear no leaves in winter
It is Plumeria alba with white flowers, family Apocynaceae, winter deciduous, hardy, profusely grown in tropical and sub-tropical parts of India. NBRI, Lucknow, India has good collection Plumeria species.
As the other colleagues, it is a Plumeria. I'm not sure about the specie (Plumeria alba L. or Plumeria rubra L.). The photo for me it isn't clear enough.
In my opinion the photograph belongs to Plumeria obtusa. Plumeria alba has acute and narrower leaves. Plumeria rubra has acute leaves and the aestivation of corolla lobes is more spiral. The next paper can help you with this.
