I only have seeds.

Seed length – 0.26 cm
Seed width – 0.33 cm
At the place of collection, herbaceous vegetation was completely dry. In the middle of herbaceous vegetation, I identified some plants of the family Fabaceae. Most of the pods were already open and without seeds. I collected some seeds for species identification, in July, in Guarda, Portugal.
This photography was taken with magnifying glass (200 x).
Maybe someone knows this seed and can help me.

If you have good amount of seed or you can spare 1-2 seeds, isolated genomic DNA and amplify and analyze like ITS , 5S IGS or some know good chloroplastic regions suitable for speciese identification

I am not familiar with flora of South Europa, but it looks like Lathyrus in the picture. For more detailed identification You should check carpological collection of the local flora.

Not existing keys for seeds and even too few images on the Internet it seems difficult to identify. I would lean towards Lathyrus sp. but considering January is going to finish, in a couple of months I guess you'll be able to have your answer from the field. Let me know, please, what was this plant when you'll identify it. Good luck.
Though many years ago, I did my doctoral thesis about Vicia amphicarpa and I studied and characterized different Spanish populatins of this wild species. Your seeds look like those of some of my samples. So I would say that they could be of some Vicia species, probably one of the Vicia sativa group and maybe of Vicia amphicarpa. Only with the seeds is very dificult to identify the species, but you can sow them some of them in a pot and observe the plant

It may be some kind of Vicia as suggested, but my first guess would be some kind of lupin. It is very difficult to judge from this Picture, but even though the plants were dead when you picked the seeds, it should be easy to distinguish Vicia species from any kind of lupins.
