Can anyone help me how to read nitrate absorption by crosslinked pva nanofibers in uv-visible?
The nanofibers prepared by crosslinking glutaraldehyde, however, the absorption value at 220 nm and 275 nm increases after contact with nitrate solution.
After being crosslinked, the nanofibers were immersed in water for 10 minutes and the water was changed twice, and then they were dried at room temperature for 12 hours.
