i took h nmr on 500 MHz, JEOL, Japan) collected in CDCl3.the nmr showed combine integrals but i need individual integrals from 6 to 8 ppm(pic#1).the file of nmr is in txt format and i cant upload it to topspin to process it.txt file was only uploaded in origion pro 8 and thus i made graph in it from 6 -8 ppm (pic #2)but when i want to integrate peak at 8.2 ppm programme do not select it but it selects peak at 7.9 ppm.so i cant get integral values of peak at 8.2 and 8.4 ppm.
----can any guide me how to do it.or how to convert txt file into topspin formate file.
---- or can any one manually calculate integrals values for these peaks from spectrum in pic#2 or 1 specially 2 small peaks at 8.2 and 8.4 ppm?

You need to de-convolute the overlap peak into several individual peaks in NMR software. Then find the integral of each.
Request the laboratory person to share your jeol datafile in jcamp.(.jdx)format.they will have the option to convert it into this format.
Import this data(*.jdx) in Topspin and you will be able to process it in the way you want.

Hi, Thanks for solving my problem. i did my calculations. But still i have a problem. i attached acidic group to my polymer that is giving peak at 8.2( see graph #2) but i am surprised that there is another peak nearby at 8.35 ? when i assimilate it using chemdraw this peak is not identified.could anyone plz help what is this peak for? regards
