I would like to know and define the protocols that are used in doing Systematic Literature Review in field of Computer Science and Graphics.

Maybe you already know the publication, but I suggest you look into ACM Computing Surveys as this is precisely the kind of reviews they publish, including surveys and meta-surveys (quantitative, statistical analysis), as well as reviews (qualitative, taxonomy-based). I suggest you lok into some recent papers, although you will also find that most are not very explicit on the method.
From a practical point of view, I suggest using one of several tools available, including Sci2, Pajek, HistCite, Ucinet. It really depenends on whether you want to conceptually survey a field (and create analytic categories) or whether you want to explore a corpus of documents for citations, collaboration, trends, etc.
