I am using Augmented block design for my study and wanted to analyze my results with "DAU.test" command from agricolae package (in order to Find the Variance Analysis of the Augmented block Design and also their grouping results).
when I run the code it gives the ANOVA results and then gives me an error
"Error in if (lastC(M[i]) != letras[k]) M[i]
The error indicates that the condition-expression of the if-statement (lastC(M[i]) != letras[k]) returns NA. The if-statement needs either a TRUE or a FALSE; it can not decide what to do when the condition returns NA.
The condition returns NA if lastC(M[i]) or letras[k] or both are NA. lastC(M[i]) may be NA if M[i] is NA. So check this. Make sure that these vectors don't contain NA's, or change the code to explicitely deal with NAs ( if (is.na(...)) {...} else {...} )

I have already cheked my dataset (with is.na() command) and there was no any NA
More over, i did not used if command, i used DAU.test () command which is used to find the Variance Analysis of the Augmented block Design and this is the code which i used
