I am trying to conduct artificial Neural Network and K-nearest neighbor (K-NN) analyses to correlate above-ground biomass (AGB) with certain non-parametric (non-linear) spectral and spatial variables such as vegetation indecies and textural measures respectively.

Now, what I exactly need is to know the procedures of how to correlate forest-sampled data with non-parametric spectral and spatial variables using Neural Network and K-nearest neighbor. I have used Multiple regression analysis to for correlations that are parametric and I am now trying to utilize these two non-parametric correlative analyses for the non-parametric variables.
If you intended to ask which tool, then I would say try ENVI software.
Well, sorry Richard what I meant was that I haven't tried either of the two non-parametric correlative analyses and it is my first time so I just need some guidance on the basic procedures and I hope that is clear.
As for Mr. Abdulwasey, Yes, I will surely be using ENVI software but I just wanted guidance on the procedures.
